All participants must fill out the Registration Form, which includes a short CV, a letter of motivation, and a short recommendation letter.

• The deadline for registration is March 8^th, 2025.
• Decision on selected participants: March 15^th, 2025.
• Deadline for submitting abstracts for poster presentations: April 15^th, 2025.

All participants may submit their abstracts to cristina-delia.nechifor@academic.tuiasi.ro using the Abstract-of-Poster-Presentation template, which can be downloaded below.

Attendance is limited to 30 participants in total, of whom 15 will be reimbursed by COSY according to the reimbursement rules described below. The Scientific Committee will select participants following COST rules, ensuring a balance of career stage, gender, and country of work.

Participants are expected to arrive in Iași on Wednesday, May 7^th, and depart on Saturday, May 10^th.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops. If this is not possible, please let us know well in advance, and we will do our best to provide assistance.

For up to 15 non-local participants of this training school, COSY will reimburse the basic costs by paying up to 3 daily allowances of 100€ and travel costs up to 400€.

These participants will be reimbursed individually by applying through the COST online system after the training school. Therefore, participants will have to pay themselves for accommodation and food (except for snacks at the coffee breaks).

Participants have to sign their attendance each day of the training school, according to the COST regulations. To be reimbursed, participants should submit their ticket receipts with the reimbursement claim and carry out their obligations which will be specified by the COST rules. About 1-2 months after applying for reimbursement through the COST online system, participants will be reimbursed.

The training school accepts applications from candidates that have their own source of funding in case they are not eligible for support by the COST Action. In the application form, please indicate that you have other sources of financing.

COST training schools are open to researchers (MSc, PhD students, and postdocs/researchers) from any nationality or country. However, due to space and funds limitations, following the COST association rules, the preference will be given to students working in laboratories from countries participating to the CA21101 action. Also eligible are some laboratories specifically associated with the actions in Nearest Neighbor Countries. See the websites of the actions COSY for details. ONLY students working in those laboratories are eligible for COST financial support. This support shall cover the local costs and travel expenses, as detailed below.

Hotel selection/reservation has to be managed by the participants. We strongly recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible.
